The system consolidates data from custodians and other financial institutions to provide account-level reporting, performance analysis, and portfolio analytics across multiple asset classes, including certain alternative investments.
CAIS is a financial technology platform that provides access to a range of alternative investment offerings and structured products for independent financial advisors. The platform includes tools for research, subscription processing, document management, and reporting related to private market investments.
Charles Schwab & Co., Inc., through Schwab Advisor Services, serves as a custodian for client assets. As a registered investment adviser, Americana Partners does not take custody of client funds or securities. Schwab provides custody, trade execution, account reporting, and related operational services. Charles Schwab Bank, an affiliate, offers banking services that may be available to clients.
Dynasty Financial Partners provides technology, operational support, and platform services to independent registered investment advisory firms. These services may include portfolio management systems, investment research access, operational infrastructure, and other back-office resources.
Fidelity Brokerage Services LLC and related affiliates serve as custodian and broker-dealer for certain client accounts. Fidelity provides custody, clearing, trade execution, and account reporting services.
iCapital is a financial technology company that provides infrastructure for accessing, administering, and reporting on alternative investments and structured products. The platform supports due diligence materials, subscription processing, compliance documentation, and lifecycle reporting for private market investments.
MoneyGuidePro is a web-based financial planning software used to develop goal-based financial plans. The platform allows advisors to model various financial scenarios, including retirement, education funding, insurance, and investment strategies, and to generate planning analyses based on various assumptions.
Pershing LLC provides custodial and clearing services. NetXInvestor is Pershing’s secure client portal that allows account holders to view balances, statements, tax documents, and transaction activity, as well as initiate certain account service requests.
YCharts is a financial data and analytics platform used for investment research, portfolio analysis, and client reporting. The system provides access to market data, charting tools, screening capabilities, and presentation materials.
