Jorge Ambriz is an Associate Vice President within Investor & Trading Operations at Americana Partners, where he supports portfolio management, trade execution, and operational processes across a range of investment activities. He brings extensive financial services experience spanning trading, investment operations, and client service.
Jorge began his career at Charles Schwab in Austin, Texas, where he spent approximately two years as a Client Service Associate, developing experience in client service, investment servicing, and financial operations. After returning to California, he joined a registered investment advisor, where he spent the next decade working across wealth management and investment operations. His responsibilities included trading equities and fixed income securities, supporting portfolio implementation, and overseeing trade execution and settlement processes.
Jorge earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of California, Riverside. He is bilingual in English and Spanish.
Outside of work, Jorge enjoys music, spending time in nature, helping others, and remaining active in his community.
