Allen Sabanovic
Compliance Officer
Allen Sabanovic is a Compliance Officer for Americana Partners. In this role, he assists the Chief Compliance Officer in leading the compliance organization, which is responsible for developing the compliance governance framework, and ensuring that risks generated by the business are measured, reviewed and monitored on an ongoing basis alongside our regulatory requirements.
Prior to Joining Americana Partners, Allen worked for Morgan Stanley for over 18 years and held various positions within compliance and risk management. He served as a Branch Examiner, a Compliance Registered Options Principal, and an Associate Regional Risk Officer for the Central Region. As the Associate Regional Risk Officer and was responsible for the oversight of risk management across 13 states, and more than 2500 branch managers, financial advisors, and operational staff.
Originally from New York, Allen has been married to his wife, Roseanne, for over 20 years, and they currently reside in the Dallas area. They have two children, Jordan and Maddox, and they love spending their leisure time with family and friends, as well as traveling.
